- Payment is required in full before dispatch or production
- Bespoke services, including illustration and portrait commissions, are non-refundable once in progress
- Returns are accepted within 14 days on non-custom items
- Approved returns are issued as store credit
- Faulty items are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law
- We collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order and provide our services
- All designs, illustrations, and artwork remain the property of ONWORD and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission
